We refresh entities based on the plan you are on for your Xero or QuickBooks Online entity and the update frequency supported by the APIs they connect to, ensuring the best possible experience. Please note that some underlying providers refresh data only every 24 or 48 hours, and occasional downtimes on their end may also impact update times.

Sage updates every 48 hours, while ERP providers and several other providers update every 24 hours.
Connection refreshes
Connection data (non-financial data from third-party providers, such as data from HubSpot or Xero Payroll) and e-commerce platform data (Square, Stripe, and Shopify) only refreshes daily.
