How to upgrade your Syft plan

Learn how to upgrade your plan in a few simple steps.

Have you ever wondered how to upgrade your Syft account? Let's take a look!

  1. Log into your Syft Analytics account and navigate to the top left hand corner.

  2. Click on plans and billing. This is where you've got full access to manage your entities and what plans they're on.

  3. Click on the drop-down menu and choose the plan you would like to upgrade to.

  4. Select which plan you would like your entity to be on. Note that you can have a mixture of different plans depending on the functionality needed. However, if you are consolidating entities on different plans, the consolidation will have the functionality of the lowest plan of the underlying entities.

  5. In the top right hand corner, you can select the currency you would like to be billed in as well as the payment commitment.

  6. Once you are then happy with the plans you have chosen for each one of your entities, you will receive a quote for how much this will cost per month. You'll see this at the bottom of the screen.

  7. Then, all you need to do is click on "Update plans" and you'll be redirected to import card details.
