This integration helps you analyze your business holistically, allowing for better decision-making based on real-time data.
Syft and HubSpot
Syft Analytics seamlessly integrates with HubSpot and transforms CRM data into graphs, forecasts and insights which can be included in customizable reports, effortlessly.
For example, you can graph, analyze and track the following CRM metrics directly from your HubSpot account:
Deals/meetings/calls created
Meetings/calls completed
Deals closed
Deals open
Deals lost
Deals won
💡 Pro tip
Your HubSpot "pipelines" will be brought into Syft as separate connections and standard deal metrics will be brought into Syft as connection fields.
A "total pipeline" connection will be automatically created by Syft to sum up and consolidate all deal metrics. To graph a HubSpot metric, ensure that you select "Connections" within KPIs or dashboards to reference the metric.

On Syft, we refer to non-financial information, such as your HubSpot CRM data, as "Connection data"
How to connect HubSpot to Syft
To connect HubSpot to Syft as connection data, navigate to "Connections" in the side panel and follow the steps below:
Click on "Add connection" within the "Overview" top tab
Click on "CRM" within the pop-up
Click "HubSpot" which will redirect you to the HubSpot login page
Choose your HubSpot account and login which will authorize your account
After logging into HubSpot, you will be redirect back to Syft Connections
Your pipelines will automatically be pulled through as different connections
Click on one of the "pipelines" or connections - where you will be able to see different deal metrics, as shown in the image below.
By importing HubSpot data into Syft, you’ll have access to powerful insights that combine financial reporting with CRM data, helping you drive better business decisions and streamline your workflow.
