Who has access?
Every paid plan can access our human-powered live chat, Syft Campus, and onboarding classes. However, only those on the Plus and Advanced Plans can access a dedicated Customer Success Manager and instant video and phone support.
At Syft, we're obsessed with support. We offer real-time human support from several regional teams who are committed to helping you with any issues or technical challenges you may be encountering
📓 Note
Syft live support is available 19 hours a day during weekdays and for selected hours on weekends. We have an AI-powered chatbot to assist during the team's offline hours.

There are various for you to reach out for support on Syft. These include:
Drop us a message over live chat assist at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, shown in the image below. A practiced team member will work with you one-on-one until your problem is solved.

Contact your account manager directly. Your account manager details can be found by navigating to the settings menu using the drop-down arrow at the top left of your screen, next to your profile picture icon.
You can then select "Chat to your Account Manager" to book time with your account manager, if applicable.
To access the live chat feature, navigate to the bottom right of your screen to open the chat box.

Visit Syft Campus to take our accounting and finance courses that show you how to make the most of Syft while analyzing your data. You can also become qualified as a Syft Certified Pro Advisor or, the next level of expertise, a Syft Chartered Advisor, on Campus - for free!
Access articles and guides regarding specific features on Syft by clicking on the Options menu at the top right of your screen and selecting "Read a help article."
Our Knowledge Center allows you to search for specific topics and find multiple articles explaining everything you need to know on Syft.
Syft Assist AI is also an excellent resource for understanding your financials better and gaining more insight into the report you are viewing on Syft! To access Syft Assist AI, click on the AI button at the top right of your screen.
Webinars
If you prefer to learn more about Syft through live interaction, you can register for one of the following options:
Live Training and Business Onboarding: One session a week for four weeks will enable you to become a Syft Certified Advisor. Live Training is targetted at accountants and bookkeepers using Syft, while Business Onboarding is targetted at business owners. Each series is tailored to match your needs.
Syft Sessions: a mega training session that happens regularly for each region and will result in a Syft Certified Pro Advisor status (which can also be achieved through courses on Syft Campus).
Quarterly Update Webinars: Four times a year, we host update webinars to keep you up-to-date with the latest changes on Syft. If you miss the live version, you can find these in a bundle on Campus. Here's the bundle.
