Unlock a realm of boundless possibilities as you seamlessly integrate and access a dynamic dashboard with everyday technology you use or effortlessly circulate it amongst collaborators. There are various options at your disposal for sharing your dashboards with others.
๐ก Pro tip
First and foremost, you can export your dashboard to PDF or share it with other users in a Live View, where they can comment on it in real-time.
To access the sharing options discussed below, click on "Visualize" > "Dashboard" and then click on "Share dashboard."
A sharing menu will pop up, where you can copy the dashboard link or dashboard code (explained below).
Dashboard link
Copy the URL link to your dashboard and paste it into an email or message to share it with clients, investors, or stakeholders.

What's great about this option is that it is mobile-friendly, so the recipient or client can check out the dashboard on their mobile phone to get a quick glance at their financials.
Embed link
Embed the URL of your dashboard directly into other tools, such as Microsoft Teams, so that you can display your dashboard within these tools.
Embed code
Insert your dashboard into another website by copying the code snippet provided to embed into the iframe of the website. You can paste the code snippet into the website's HTML code where you want to embed your dashboard.
This way, you will be able to display your dashboard on another website.
Rolling dashboard data
In addition to sharing, you can enable the data in your shared dashboard to roll. This means that the dashboard will continue updating as time passes, and new information will filter into it.
To enable rolling for shared dashboards, click on the "Rolling data" tab within the dashboard sharing menu and toggle on "Rolling data." Depending on your needs, you can set the rolling period to either monthly or daily.

Toggling rolling data on, will change the embed URL & the embed code. Please ensure that you copy the latest link or code when sharing or embedding your dashboard.
Pull cards into Excel
Graph-based dashboard cards have an option to "Chart in Excel", which is also available for embedded dashboards. This option allows full customisation of a chart within Excel and visibility of the data that charts are plotting. Click on the three dots at the top right of any graph-based dashboard card and then click "Chart in Excel."
After this, an Excel workbook will automatically download to your device. As you open the workbook, you will see the dashboard graph and the data that fuels it plotted in a blank sheet, as shown in the image below.

The data is editable, and the graph will reflect any changes you make
