Who can use this feature

Logos: available on all paid plans for Owner, Admin and Staff roles

Custom themes: available on Professional and Enterprise+ for Owner roles

Custom sub-domain: available on Enterprise+ for Owner roles

Showcase your brand on everything from custom monthly reports to annual financial statements. Adding your own branding to your Syft account makes your reports and dashboards look professional and consistent.

Branding

Branding is important for your business because it makes a memorable impression on your clients or customers and also gives them a sense of what they can expect from you. You can use your brand to distinguish yourself from your competitors and make it clear why clients or customers should choose you over anyone else. Your brand should reflect who you are as a business and how you would like to be known and remembered.

Logos

To edit your branding and add logos to your reports navigate to "Settings" > "My account" and then click on the "Logos" top tab.

Logos can be uploaded for the organization as well as for each entity connected to your Syft account. This contributes to making report packs more personalized and customized according to your needs.

With regards to logo uploads, the extension of the image should always be in small letters:

  • JPG should become jpg

  • PNG should become png

Additionally, we recommend a pixel size of 250px X 100px.

Custom themes

You will receive a bespoke theme and custom color palette when signing up to Syft. This theme will be based on the colors and branding of your organizaiton. The color palette will be used on Syft in all of the visualization features and will also be included in the report packs.

The custom theme also includes images that align with your brand, as well as a dedicated front and back page. The color palette used in the "Visualization" tool can also be adjusted if a certain color scheme is desired for a specific client or scenario.

This can be done by navigating to "Visualize" > "KPI's & Accounts" > "Accounts", as shown in the image below. Click on the tear drop icon to open the color picker. The colors selected can be used in an isolated case or it can be used to update all graphs previously created in Syft by toggling on "Update all graphs".

To add a style to your report navigate to "Reports" and then "Styles". This will give you a range of pre-built styles to add to your reports. To customize the theme of your report pack navigate to "Settings", "My account" and then "Themes".

The custom theme will be created for you when you sign up, but an updated theme can be requested if you click "Request themes". The theme can be included in your report packs and will personalize your reporting.

Sub-domain for your Syft account

A sub-domain is a division of a larger website domain, allowing for separate or specialized content or functionality within a website's overall structure. Getting your own sub-domain means that a part of Syft is sectioned off for your organization. All of the Syft branding will be removed and replaced with your organization branding and the bespoke theme created for you. This means that your organization is front and center on both the Syft dashboard and your report packs.

The link to your website will only contain your organization's name, for example "yourbusiness.acc.report". Your theme will also be used as a background image for the login page and will be visible when landing on the login page prior to logging in.

Deploy Syft to your own hosted domain

You can use Syft on your own fully white-labeled custom domain, e.g. "report.yourdomain.com". This means that Syft is added to your own domain and will be hosted from your domain and not from Syft's main domain. This feature is only available as an add-on for the Enterprise+ plan.
